Our team

Alena joined the 4PX team in October 2022. She is in charge of all personnel agenda at 4PX. The main core of her job as HR professional is building relationships in the workplace and amongst the colleagues. It makes her happy to give a helping hand to all employees when they need. She likes to come up with new ideas, she enjoys the variety of work and when she sees the results behind her.

Radoslav has been with 4PX since its establishment in the Czech Republic in 2016; he is responsible for the management and smooth operation of the entire company. He constantly looks for new opportunities to develop the business and keep moving forward. His interest in logistics started during his studies, and has continued throughout his career, working for leading multinational logistic companies. He likes work perfectly performed and places great emphasis on warm, fair and long-term relationships with our partners.

Lukáš has been with us since 2017 and his main responsibility is to ensure the best possible quality of the entire warehouse operation; he and his team constantly search for new solutions forour partners’ diverse requests. Logistics and associated process improvement have accompanied him throughout his professional career. He likes to achieve high goals and to improve and move ahead anything that can be improved.

Jan joined our team in 2021. He gained his business and life skills and experience by working for corporations and small companies. Jan´s role in 4PX is to get in touch with all who are interested in logistics services and to do the first step towards mutual cooperation.

Maxim has been a member of our team since 2018. His responsibility is the protection of health and safety of our employees; he also supports the team in solving technical issues. During his professional career he gathered experience in various fieldsincluding, in particular, transportation and logistics and facility management. He likes challenges; he believes that nothing is impossible and a solution can always be found. He avoids stereotypes.

Jaroslav has been with our team since 2018; his responsibility is ensuring trouble-free operation of the company’s information systems. He accidentally got into IT at a young age, yet the field has been his passion ever since. He likes searching for solutions that make his colleagues’ work easier.

Miroslav became a member of 4PX in 2019. Solving the seemingly unsolvable is his job and also his hobby. Difficult challenges are an integral part of his work; he enjoys finding solutions forour clients’ specific and varied requests. He has been involved in logistics most of his professional life and his main driversaretangible results and our clients' satisfaction.
